- Hu Lane Group Started up Quality Control Circle (QCC) activity, and DongGuan HuLane Ele. Technology Co., Ltd. got awarded the 51th Ishikawa Award and Vigor Award of the national QCC activity by Vigor management consulting co. limited.
- Set up PT. Hulane Tech Manufacturing in Indonesia.

- Automatic Warehouse System (AWS) in Hu Lane Ele. Co., (Nan Jing) officially put into operation.
2013
- Hu Lane Ele. (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. authenticate the TS-16949:2009 quality guarantee system through TUV.
- Employee stock options convertible and Capital increased by cash raises capital to NT$ 971 million.
- Hu Lane Ele. (Nanjing) Co. Ltd. set up the manufactured monitor instant systems of the injection molding machines and stamping machines.
- DongGuan HuLane Ele. Technology Co., Ltd. officially put into operation.

- The high end spot welding terminal was developed successfully and granted access to the CITD Project of the Industrial Development Bureau.
- Capital increased by cash raises capital by NT$83.9 million to NT$ 821 million.
- Set up Fortune Master Development Limited.

- Started to construct Nan Jing Plant.
- Hu Lane Ele. Co., (Nan Jing) has attained TUV ISO9001:2000 Certificate.
2004
- Invested in Nan-Jing Plant and set up Hu Lane Ele. Co., (Nan Jing).
- Officially merged Jel Yun Industry Co. Ltd., and brought the corporate capital to NT$ 489.96 million.
2003
- Officially listed on the GreTai Securities Market ("GTSM") in November.
2002
- Converted NT$50.7 million in earnings into new capital to bring the total capital to NT$ 304.2 million.
- Officially awarded by the Ministry of Economic Affairs with the prime honors of the Little-Giant Award for Small and Medium Enterprises.

- Set up Hong Kong Branch.
- Acquired 100% shareholdings from Hu Lane Ele. Co., Ltd. (Shenzhen).

- Brought the Efficiency Management System into Hu Lane to enhance competitive edge in line with the entry of the Republic of China into WTO.
- Successfully developed auto terminal image sensors (LCD) through wholehearted R&D efforts.
1997
- Incorporated as Hu Lane Enterprise Co., Ltd. with NT$500,000 initial founding capital, to manufacture and market car and motorcycle oriented terminal products and parts & components.
1996
- Executed a contract with a consultation firm for support to boost Hu Lane’s management efficiency. Officially got accredited for ISO-9002 system.
1995
- Increased NT$16.2 million capital in cash and converted NT$4.2 million in earnings into new capital, to make the total capital reach NT$50.1 million.
1994
- Officially accredited for UL Certification, bringing Hu Lane products up to the international standard.
- Replaced the operation system into a large-scale computer mainframe in an attempt to boost operating and production efficiency.

- Renamed Hu Lane Enterprise Co., Ltd. as Hu Lane Industrial Co., Ltd.
1989
- Completed the construction of a new plant on Huanho Street; adopted the Information Management System known as MRP into the entire plant production lines.
- Officially accredited as a CSA manufacturer.
1982
- Successfully developed terminal crimping machines and officially put them into volume production and marketing.
- Relocated its headquarters from Taipei City to Hsichi City.
1981
- Increased NT$4.5 million capital in cash, boosting the total capital up to NT$5 million.
1977
- Converted NT$37 million capital reserve and NT$13.1 million in earnings into new capital to boost the total capital up to NT$100.2 million.
